– Organize and maintain documents, records, and files to ensure efficient workflow.
– Update the company’s Shopify website as needed, ensuring accurate product information, pricing, and inventory management.
– Assist in coordinating fundraising events, managing guest lists, and tracking RSVPs.
– Conduct research on potential donors, sponsors, and fundraising opportunities.
– Manage social media platforms, including posting updates, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments or messages.
– Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth coordination and communication.
– Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information.
– Handle data entry tasks and assist with form filling.
– Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as required.
