Key Responsibilities:
Store Management:
Oversee and optimize the entire Shopify store, ensuring product listings, pricing, and inventory are accurate and up-to-date.
Implement changes to the website layout, design, and user interface for an enhanced customer experience.
Shopify Customization:
Customize themes, templates, and overall store appearance to align with branding and marketing initiatives.
Utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to implement advanced customizations and enhancements.
App Integration:
Evaluate, recommend, and integrate third-party Shopify apps to enhance functionality and features.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to app integrations and conflicts.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze Shopify analytics and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Generate reports on key performance indicators and provide actionable insights.
Technical Support:
Provide technical support to customers and internal teams, addressing issues related to Shopify functionality, customization, and third-party apps.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Shopify Expert or in a similar role with advanced knowledge of Shopify’s capabilities.
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for theme customization and advanced store enhancements.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills for providing guidance and support.
Preferred Skills:
Shopify certification or relevant qualifications.
Familiarity with liquid programming language.
Previous experience in e-commerce store management.
