Job Description

Shopify Store Management:
-Assist in setting up and optimizing Shopify store for new product launches
-Manage product listings, including adding new products, updating product descriptions, and ensuring accurate pricing and availability.
-Monitor and update inventory levels to prevent overselling.
-Implement design and layout changes to enhance the user experience.
-Ensure all website content is up to date, including images, banners, and promotions.
Order Processing and Fulfillment:
-Process customer orders, including verifying order details, payment processing, and ensuring accurate shipping information.
-Coordinate with suppliers and shipping partners to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
-Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
Customer Service:
-Provide outstanding customer service through various communication channels (email, chat, phone).
-Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
-Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and order tracking.
-Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, aiming for customer satisfaction.
Inventory Management:
-Monitor stock levels, anticipate demand, and recommend restocking orders.
-Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
-Work with suppliers to manage product availability and lead times.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
-Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
-Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
-Assist in setting sales targets and strategies.
Administrative Tasks:
-Maintain organized records of customer interactions, orders, and inventory.
-Assist in managing customer databases and mailing lists.
-Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Compensation:
-we’ll start at 3.50 USD per hour but will increase depending on your performance
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Shopify Virtual Assistant
-proficiency in using Shopify and e-commerce platforms.
-Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
-Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
-Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
-Analytical mindset and the ability to work with data.
-Time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
-Proactive enough to bring up any challenges that arise within the role
-Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
