Key Responsibilities:
Shopify Store Management:
Maintain and update the Shopify store, ensuring product listings, images, and descriptions are current and accurate.
Manage inventory levels, stock counts, and product availability.
Implement and oversee Shopify apps and plugins to enhance store functionality and performance.
Customer Service:
Provide prompt and professional customer support via email, chat, and social media.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Listing Creation and Management:
Create and optimize product listings, including detailed descriptions, pricing, and images.
Ensure all product listings comply with SEO best practices for improved search visibility.
Administrative Tasks:
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth store operations.
Coordinate with team members and manage project timelines.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Shopify Virtual Assistant or similar role.
Proficiency in Shopify platform and its features.
Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in using customer service tools and software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
