Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage our Shopify product listings and optimization efforts. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our online store’s visual appeal and functionality, ensuring that our products are presented attractively and that listings are optimized for search engines and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
Create and update product listings on Shopify, ensuring accuracy in product descriptions, images, and pricing.
Upscale images using Stable Diffusion.
Use Canva for product pictures, including translating text (e.g., English to German, inches to cm) and removing watermarks.
Optimize product pages for SEO to enhance visibility and traffic.
Conduct competitor and market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
Collaborate with our marketing team to align product listings with ongoing promotions and campaigns.
Manage inventory levels and update listings according to stock changes.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role with experience in e-commerce, specifically Shopify.
Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in SEO practices and online marketing tools.
Stable Diffusion installed on your PC for image upscaling.
Proficiency in Canva for image editing and background removal.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines.
Experience in graphic design and photo editing is a plus.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
