Shopify Virtual Assistant

Spectrumotion Inc. is looking for a full-time (40hrs/week) Shopify Virtual Assistant with adept knowledge and experience in e-commerce support. The work will include the following tasks:
• Monitor and manage social media accounts and replies (very important)
• Answering/forwarding emails from owners, customers, partners, and vendors
• Coordinating with vendors and designers
• Handle website maintenance and updates when required

The following skills are a MUST:

• Expert in Shopify
Strong knowledge and experience in carrying out administrative tasks and customer support and inquiries in eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Facebook, Instagram,
From time to time, the candidate may be required to log into our Shopify store and look up orders, make changes to orders, or provide refunds.
• The candidate must have a lot of experience in all aspects of the work on Shopify.
• Need strong Product Listing on Etsy & Shopify listing Management and Monitoring.
• Highly organized multitasker who works well with fast-paced directions and instructions
