Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to manage various administrative tasks within our Shopify platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling emails, processing refunds, and ensuring smooth order operations.

Stable Pay: $100 USD per week , or $400 USD per month.
100% Remote/virtual
Flexible Hours: Tailored to your schedule for the following tasks: The email inbox should be empty (zero) at 11 AM , 5PM and 9 PM Eastern Time (GMT-5). We have pre-saved email templates to expedite your responses. Our current email influx ranges from 30 to 50 messages daily. Depending on your typing speed and sense of urgency, this can be equivalent to just 3-5 hours per day.

Resposibilities:
– **Email Management:** Regularly monitor and respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback via email in a timely and professional manner.
– **Refund Processing:** Review and process refund requests according to company policies and procedures, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
– **Order Status Checks:** Monitor and update order statuses, track shipments, and communicate with logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery.
– **Customer Support:** Assist customers with inquiries regarding orders, product information, and general support, providing excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction.
– **Reporting:** Generate reports on key performance metrics related to sales, refunds, and customer inquiries for review and analysis.

**Requirements:**
– Preferred experience working with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
– Proficiency in email management and customer support.
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
– Familiarity with basic data entry and reporting.
-Fast typing speed (80+ WPM preferred)
-Fluent in written English
-Strong sense of urgency
