Job Title: Remote Shopify Virtual Assistant
Location: Remote (US Eastern Time Zone)
Job Type: Contractor
Hours: 9am – 5pm EST
Compensation: Monthly Flat Fee, Fully Escrowed
Trial Period: 3 candidates will be tested out; the best performer will be hired for the long term.

We are currently seeking an experienced Shopify Virtual Assistant to support our ongoing growth.
Position Overview:
The Remote Shopify Virtual Assistant will comprehensively understand the Shopify platform, with specific skills in product creation, collections, page edits, theme modifications, and blog uploads. They will also have a strong aptitude for working with Google Search Console, performing blog reviews to ensure guidelines are met, and uploading color swatches to product listings. Familiarity with the Boost Filter app is a major plus.
Responsibilities:
Manage product creation, collections, pages, and theme edits on Shopify.
Upload, schedule, and publish blogs provided by copywriters to Shopify.
Index blogs using Google Search Console. (We can teach)
Review blogs to ensure all guidelines are met.
Upload color swatches to product listings. (We can teach)
Maintain proficiency with Shopify related apps, notably Boost Filter. (We can teach)
(NOTE: In occasions, you will not have work and still get paid the same. The only thing we ask is stay online in case of any questions. Communication is Super Critical. So when we say 40 hours a week, most of those hours you’ll just be on idle)
Requirements:
Proven experience with Shopify platform.
Familiarity with the Boost Filter app is a plus. (We can teach)
Must be available for work during US Eastern business hours (9am – 5pm EST).
Excellent English communication skills. Zoom call is a must
Possess the ability to multi-task and stay organized in a remote work environment.

1. Please provide a brief overview of your experience with Shopify. Which aspects of managing a Shopify store are you most familiar with?
2. Have you ever used the Boost Filter app? If so, please describe how you’ve used it in your past roles and the benefits it provided.
3. Describe the process you would follow to upload, schedule, and publish blogs on a Shopify site.
4. Can you walk us through how you would index a blog using Google Search Console?
5. Share your experience with creating Shopify products, collections, and pages. Can you also detail your experience with theme editing?
6. Detail the process for uploading color swatches to product listings on Shopify.
7. This position requires availability during US Eastern business hours (9am – 5pm EST). Can you confirm your availability during this period?
8. English communication skills are essential for this role. Could you please provide an example of a complex issue you successfully communicated to a client or team member?
