We are a e-commerce business specialising in online courses on medical cannabis. We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Shopify Developer to bring our new project to life, with the potential for ongoing part-time work.
Project Overview
The primary task will be to build an e-commerce website on Shopify. All designs and assets are readily available on Figma. The website will include functionalities such as playing course content and offering expandable course overviews. The store will also integrate with another platform to create accounts for the actual course module upon purchase (integration will be handled by us).
Key Responsibilities
Convert Figma designs into a fully functional Shopify store.
Implement features for playing course content and expandable course overviews.
Integrate custom data fields in the purchase process, preferably as a preform before purchase.
Ensure the website is responsive and optimized for mobile use.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Shopify website development.
Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills.
Experience with Shopify’s Liquid templating language.
Familiarity with Figma for design implementation.
Bonus Skills
Additional design skills to adjust and improve upon existing Figma designs are a plus.
Future Prospects
Potential for ongoing part-time work (up to 20 hours a week) as we have more projects in the pipeline, including a larger e-commerce website project.
Rate and Timeline
