**Key Responsibilities:**
– Develop and maintain Shopify websites, ensuring functionality and user experience meet the highest standards.
– Create engaging graphics for website banners, social media posts, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
– Collaborate with the director to implement design strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web development and graphic design.
– Edit and enhance product images for website use on platforms like Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
– Ensure high-quality and consistent visual representation of products on the websites.
– Provide regular updates on project progress and actively seek feedback.
**Requirements:**
– Proficiency in Shopify development, including theme customisation and app integration.
– Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
– Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a virtual work environment.
– Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
– Proven experience in graphic design and content creation.
– Strong attention to detail and the ability to create visually appealing designs.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting.
– Passion for the events industry and staying updated on design trends is a plus!
**Preferred Qualifications:**
– Experience with UX/UI design principles and best practices.
– Knowledge of SEO best practices and how they relate to web development.
– Familiarity with e-commerce and online marketing strategies.
