RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Develop and maintain websites using various web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP to ensure beautiful, responsive websites with clean and maintainable code;
* Use SEO techniques such as keyword research, meta tags, structured data, and link building to optimize website structure, content, and code to improve search engine visibility and rankings;
* Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure that website content aligns with SEO goals and strategies;
* Edit, write, or design high-quality website content (including website description), and make recommendations for improving website performance;
* Stay informed about the latest web development and SEO trends and technologies, and incorporate them into website development and optimization efforts;
* Identify problems uncovered by customer feedback and test, correct, or refer problems to appropriate personnel for correction;
* Customize and design the store UI and other front-end elements to reflect the approved overall store design (mobile responsive & desktop);
* Work with the team to create highly effective and aesthetically appealing web pages and marketing materials that are crafted for optimal user experience, search engine rankings, and conversions.
* Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information; and
* Report to the team leader if any issues arise and communicate effectively with the team.

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Can work from 8 AM to 5 PM (CST; Dallas Time);
* Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies and frameworks;
* Experience with Shopify & Wix (Web page design skills & experience);
* Excellent mastery of web standards, cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and SEO;
* Expert knowledge of maintaining and debugging live software systems;
* Experience with graphic design
* Strong problem-solving skills and must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
* Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry;
* Attentive and has an eye for detail and accuracy;
* Reliable, with high integrity and a strong work ethic;
* Has the ability to prioritize and manage delegated tasks effectively;
* Able to work as part of a team and is not afraid to speak up, recommend improvements, and bring up issues to the upper management/team leader; and
* Must be organized.

* Salary: $450 – $500 (Starting salary, but will increase based on performance)
