You will be working directly with the CMO and the marketing team to help with writing short form video content for a culinary, DTC e-commerce brand. In addition to writing short form content scripts, you will also act as the brand voice and community manager.
IDEAL CANDIDATE IS:
– Quick, witty, and clever
– Consumes North American media content regularly
– Strong command of the English language (American English)
– Understand nuances, slangs, phrases for a North American audience
– Love food, cooking, and consumes culinary content (books, blogs, communities, videos, tv shows)
– Have previous culinary background to draw inspiration from

ABOUT THE ME AND MY COMPANY:
I own & operate multiple e-commerce businesses. I’ve been working with full time employees from the Philippines (“virtual assistants”) for the last 4 years and all of my employees have been very happy to work with me. My first hire is still with me today. I have previously hired on all major platforms including – Upwork, Freelancer and Fiverr. Anyone that joins my company, is NOT A VA. rather are a full time employee with long term job security and benefits.
My company and team are made of extraordinary people who thrive on solving difficult problems and building enduring products for ecommerce. Currently, our e-commerce business operates multiple DTC brands on Amazon, Shopify, Etsy and Ebay in North America. We have 9 full-time employees with over 5 vendors that are contracted for specific projects. Our office and warehouse is located in Toronto, Canada with 3,500sqft of space including a creative studio for product photography and content production.
We are on a strong YoY growth trajectory and looking to double the team size in 2023.
