Amplify is a fully remote content marketing agency with clients who are high-profile creators and entrepreneurs. We have two departments internally who work together to execute social media strategies, as our clients trust us to build their brand, authority and audience online.
The role of Short-Form Animator requires the ability to make exciting and engaging videos for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels and TikTok with an in-depth understanding of how short-form content should hold people’s attention. We obsess over high-performing videos and emulate their success for our clients to keep up with the latest editing trends. If you’re proficient in using Adobe Suite with excellent motion graphics and animation skills you might be the person that we’re looking for!

What You’ll Bring:
– Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
– Proven experience at creating engaging motion graphics and animations with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and creativity.
– Desire to work collaboratively in a team by sharing updates with your Manager to provide visibility on progress.
– Commitment to follow company procedures so that the company can standardise workflows to grow.
– Strong attention to detail with an eye for what makes content engaging online.
– Creativity, storytelling, and the ability to effectively communicate a message through video content.
About You:
– You have a strong work ethic and will be able to manage deliverables for multiple clients to meet deadlines.
– You are highly organised and demonstrate strong prioritisation skills. You can be trusted to work independently with minimal hand-holding.
– You are proficient in English, with a good standard of grammar and punctuation, with strong communication skills to communicate your ideas clearly.
– You are not afraid to innovate or to test new styles and ways of working. You take care to personalize videos to follow brand guidelines and then experiment.
– You are tech-savvy when using different apps and software. Internally we use tools every day like Slack, Google Drive and Notion.
