| Hiring For Quality Control Assistant /Operations Manager for Short Form Content
– Hi! my name’s Hamza and I run a small short form content agency!
– We are a small company based in the UK experiencing rapid growth.
– Due to the increased demand of videos we need to edit, we are looking to higher someone that
will that will be able to overlook videos before they are sent out to clients to ensure the quality
is up to our standards. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in bringing our digital
narratives to life.
– We are also looking for someone who can manage editors and help us create systems to allow an effective workflow, ensuring editors hand videos on time and clients receive videos on time.
| Key Responsibilities:
– You will check all videos sent by editors for spelling, punctuation and editing mistakes as well as
ensuring the quality of the videos are up to standard before they get sent out to clients.
– You will be trained on exactly how to send feedback to editors and be shown the exact
processes on what makes a good quality video, which will help you make your
decision as to whether or not a video can be sent out to one of our clients.
– Work efficiently managing a consistent schedule of deliverables.
– You will be encouraged to give your own input as to how we can improve our workflow as we are a relatively new company and on the lookout for experienced talent that can help take us to the next level!
| Requirements:
– All applicants MUST be extremely fluent in English as all videos will be in English
– Previous transcribing experience is required.
– All applicants will be required to send a video as to why they believe they should work for us,
candidates that fail to do this will not be considered for the roll.
– While working hours are set to the convenience of applicants, you are expected to be flexible
enough to meet deadlines.
– Applicants will undergo interviews as part of the selection process.
– Applicants with previous media experience will be preferred, however this is not required.
– Applicants with Notion experience will be preferred, however this is not required.
