| Hiring For Short Form Content Editor

– Hi! my name’s Hamza and I run a small short form content agency for dentists!
– We are a small company based in the UK experiencing rapid growth.
– Due to the increased demand of videos we need to edit, we are looking to higher someone that
will that will be able to edit short form videos to an extremely high standard and ensure the quality
is up to our standards. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in bringing our digital
narratives to life.
– We are also looking for someone who can edit 2 videos a day on time and individuals with the ability to adapt and create
innovate new editing styles for us and our clients

| Key Responsibilities:

– You will check all videos sent by editors for spelling, punctuation and editing mistakes as well as
ensuring the quality of the videos are up to standard before they get sent out to clients.
– You will be shown the exactly what makes a good quality video.
– Work efficiently managing a consistent schedule of deliverables.
– You will be encouraged to give your own input as to how we can improve our workflow as we are a relatively new company
and on the lookout for experienced talent that can help take us to the next level!

| Requirements:

– All applicants MUST be extremely fluent in English as all videos will be in English
– Previous editing experience is required.
– All applicants will be required to send a no more than 3 videos to show off their editing skills which will help us in making a
decision. Candidates that fail to do this will not be considered for the role.
– While working hours are set to the convenience of applicants, you are expected to be flexible
enough to meet deadlines.
– Applicants will one trial edit as part of the qualification process.
– Applicants with Notion experience will be preferred, however this is not required.

| Work Environment:

– Our company fosters a creative, collaborative environment where team members are encouraged to bring fresh ideas to
the table. Flexibility is key; while there are no specific working times for the role we emphasise results over rigid schedules,
focusing on deadlines and designated availability periods for collaboration and communication.
– All videos are at a fixed rate of $20 per video and applicants will be expected to edit anywhere from 12 to 30 videos a
month.
