WHAT YOU’LL DO
We’re on the hunt for a talented Short Form Video Editor to bring their editing skills and talents to Lost LeBlanc and Lost Creator Academy. This role is made for someone who first and foremost, knows how to tell a story. Cinematics are nice, but never the priority. Story is everything.
Because you must be a good storyteller, we want you to create new shortform concepts and scripts for Lost LeBlanc. We are sitting on 115TB of footage, 7 years of travels and countless stories so if you have the ability to tell on-brand stories using old footage, you will become a huge asset to our team.
You will be creating short form edits for platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram, so you must know how to HOOK a stranger’s attention in the first 3 seconds.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Creating daily videos for short form platforms like YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram.
Assisting on long-form YouTube edits for special projects (Very occasionally)
Storyboarding, scripting short form stories using existing Lost LeBlanc content
Juggling multiple editing projects, ensuring all content is engaging and top-quality.
Collaborating on content ideation and development, ensuring every piece tells a compelling story.
Managing and organizing footage efficiently.
Using insights and analytics to guide content tweaks and improvements.

YOUR EXPERIENCE
Skilled in video editing (Bonus points if you edit in Final Cut)
Experience creating engaging short form video content, with a talent for storytellingUp-to-date with the latest trends in short form content and what grabs viewers’ attention.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, managing several projects without dropping the ball.
Analytical skills to interpret video performance data and apply insights to future projects.
