Short Form Video Editor

Our growing company Credit 2 Millionz is seeking a talented, high performing video editor that has deep knowledge and experience with vertical short form video content. We are passionate about helping entrepreneurs to build credit, get 6 figures in business funding and travel the world like the 1 %.
We are looking for a creative, fast paced video editor who knows the power of the hook and how to keep viewers engaged, while sourcing various clips to maintain interest and reach a high amount of people – followers and non-followers, helping to grow sour accounts and engaging with our content.
You’ve done this before at a high level and are able to show the trackable progress you made on previous accounts you’ve worked on.
REQUIRED SKILLS
? Must have experience in Video Editing (any software you are comfortable with is fine), specially short form video production (preferably 2+ years experience, best fit who worked with online coaches before, understanding credit and the financial space is a benefit)
? Fluent English (written and oral understanding to receive instructions and participating in team meetings)
? Deep understanding of social media platforms and short form content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube, etc.)
? Strong communication skills – speed in clarity through our Slack channel
? Creativity – being good with coming up with new and creative angles
? Quick learning – desire to improve editing skills and adapt to new trends or softwares if needed
? Fast pace editing skills
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Delivering video projects on time after instructions are given
Turnaround time of 1 to 2 business days per video
Expected volume 7-14 short form videos per week (our top priority Instagram account is @iamedsoto, but there will be projects for our others accounts @ginatravellina and @credit2millionz as well)
? Finding and sourcing clips and pictures that are not trademarked and relevant to our topic – credit and travel
? Researching emerging trends and recent pop culture news
? Researching trending audio or songs relevant to the video topic
? Making sure all edits include hooks, storytelling, great audio quality, engaging pop-ups/clips, easy to read text and Call to Action at the end
? Status updates of projects in our system and Slack channel
? Analyzing best performing posts and creating similar ones based on data
? Reporting & checking different social media metrics on a regular basis (reach, followers from posts, engagement)
