My name is Daryl and I am building the founding team members of a GLOBAL service-based business for content creators all around the world, and I need a strong editor that is adaptable and flexible in creating beautiful shortform video contents, or emulate specific editing styles.

I want to streamline the editing processes for content creators around the world, allowing them to free up more time for creative ideation, generating more business deals, creating more content, or just having more time to unwind.

As we all know, the creator economy is a BOOMING industry, but creators (the lifeblood of the creator economy) always get the short end of the stick. We want to help change that, one service at a time.

You will be working closely with me (for now) to create and streamline the process, both internally and externally, deliver EXCEPTIONAL short form video editing service, identify editing styles for specific niches that we can specialise in, and the opportunity to oversee your editing team in the future, as the business grows.

I do not need your resume, true hustlers and achievers should not be labeled by their paper qualifications, but by their ability to execute! You will go through a few assignments to judge your ability to communicate, be adaptable in your editing, and meet deadlines!
