As the Short-Form Video Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating engaging and dynamic short-form videos for our podcast, designed to drive awareness and engagement with our consulting services. You will be a key member of our team, working closely with the CEO to produce high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.

As the Short-Form Video Content Creator, success in your role means consistently producing high-quality short-form video content that resonates with our target audience of established 7-figure ecommerce brand owners and drives engagement and growth across our social media platforms. You create attention-grabbing videos that can pique viewers’ interest and encourage them to explore our full podcast episodes or services.

To create these short-form videos, you highlight the key insights or takeaways from the full podcast episodes, add captions, and incorporate engaging visuals and music to capture viewers’ attention. These short-form videos promote our podcast episodes and encourage viewers to subscribe and tune in for more valuable content.

Ultimately, your success in this role will play a critical role in contributing to the growth and success of our business. By achieving our KPIs and consistently producing high-quality content, you will help us achieve our business objectives and build a loyal following of engaged followers. Your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to changing trends and audience preferences will be key to your success in this role.

ONE THING: Create attention-grabbing videos that can pique viewers’ interest and encourage them to subscribe to the Ecomm Breakthrough podcast

Primary Objectives 20% BIG ROCKS – These must be done first and at all costs.
1. Identifying the most engaging clips from the podcast involves listening to the full podcast episode, analyzing the content, and selecting the most relevant and interesting sections that will appeal to our target audience.
2. Researching and analyzing industry trends and best practices to Add captions, and incorporate engaging visuals and music to capture viewers’ attention.
3. Analyzing data to adjust content strategy, including making changes to video format, length, and messaging to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Regular Work Activities 80% – These must be done ongoing daily/weekly after the BIG ROCKS are complete.

1. Ensure that all content produced meets our high standards for quality, brand consistency, and accuracy.
2. Ensure that all video content is optimized for each platform
3. Continuously research new AI software that can make your job easier
4. Manage video production schedules, ensuring that all content is produced and delivered on time
5. Continuously find new best practices to hook viewers into watching the whole clip and keeping them engaged

Role Requirements
– At least 2 years of experience in short-form video production, preferably in a social media marketing or digital media environment.
– Expert-level proficiency with video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.
– Someone who seeks out issues and owns driving solutions to them, while keeping all resources informed of progress
– A proactive learner and able to demonstrate exceptional deductive reasoning skills
– Eager to learn new skills or new software tools
– Work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
– High level of personal accountability
