THE ROLE:

You will be editing short form videos for our TikTok, IG and social media. The edits will need to be the same level as these ones here:

Future roles: As we’re growing the video editing team there will be management roles available, as we have multiple editors.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

– 1-year minimum video editing
– Have experience using professional video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro whatever your platform of choice is)
– Can do advanced motion graphics like the examples
– Can follow instructions whilst also being creative (we don’t want robots)
– A team player as there is a team working together for each part and everyone’s role makes the others easier

Pay and Hours:

I will be giving you a test video to do, to see if you can edit up to standard. After that video, we will decide to officially hire you for long term work and we will go from there.

If you are hired for long term work the hours, pay and structure is as follows:

Hours: You must be available for communication from 8am EST to 4pm EST

Pay:

– $1,000/mo to start, paid every 15th & 30th of the month
– This is a workflow of 1 quality video finished every 2 days. (12-15 videos per month.)
– My highest paid editor made $4,700 USD last month and is going to make more this month. You just need to make quality work and be consistent.

Bonus Structures:
– Editor of the week bonus: $100 bonus that week
– Monthly follower bonuses: Determined monthly, up to $500 bonus.
– View Bonuses:
50k views = $50 bonus
100k views = $75 bonus
250k views = $150 bonus
500k views = $350 bonus
Views must happen within 14 days of upload to be valid.
