JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Short-form Video Editor. The primary responsibilities for this role is editing captivating social media reels for Ground2Air Media’s social media platforms as well as content for our clients (podcasts, reels, event recaps, etc). This role would start as a part-time role (20 hours per week) and would move into a full-time role within 1-6 months of starting.

Responsibilities:
– Editing high-quality short-form content used for social media and platforms that contains: Sound Effects, motion graphics, engaging captions (Hormozi style), b-roll, and background music.
– Thumbnail creation (Reels & Youtube)
– Event recap editing
– Multi-camera setup podcast editing.

Experience:
– Minimum 2 years of editing experience

Skills Qualifications:
– Proficient in your non-linear editor of choice (Adobe, FinalCut or Davincii Resolve)
– Strong file management and organization of digital assets & files

Project Management Skills:
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Strong organisational skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Adaptability and Learning Agility:
– Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
– Flexibility to adjust to changing project requirements.

Communication Skills:
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
– Capacity to articulate creative ideas effectively.

COMPENSATION
Part time – $500 USD per month
Full time – $1,000 USD per month (opportunity to move into full time within 1-6 months after starting with us)
