Short Form Video Editor (Highly Edited)

Hiring short form video editor. Need an editor who can go over the top on insanely seizure inducing editing.

Hyper attention grabbing throughout and REALLY play to the ADHD nature of viewers. I prefer extreme visual and auditory overwhelm throughout.

I’ll provide several examples I want to match/improve.

I’ll provide the talking head video (likely 1 video file per line/sentence) to edit. I’d rely on you to source and screenshots, broll, etc.

Memes always welcome to be integrated and you should know what memes/pop culture content fits well. You’ll see this in the examples I send.

I’ll provide all accounts required (Envato elements, etc) as well as a folder of all our current editing assets.

The typical video delivery for you to do your work is:
– Talking head video(s) to edit together (usually 1 file per line or sentence)
– The treated and improved voiceover extracted from the video(s)
– Any relevant assets for the content (screen share videos, screenshots, etc) that may need to come from me
– A script written word for word with specific instructions for assets provided

We have strict requirements on our content so we will run a PAID test project together to edit 1 short video (ONLY IF YOU PASS INITIAL SCREENING).

It’s a simple pass/fail, no in between.

I’ll provide ample examples so you know what I’m after.

We are in growth mode (0 – 42k subscribers in under 2 months) and we want to scale with one EPIC short form editor for the long term.

Message me with your rate per edited short video (usually 45-60 sec) and RELEVANT samples.

Volume aim will be 15 shorts a month, growing to 1/day.

As an example, our standard first 30 seconds of a video has over 50 elements between sound effects, text, clips, moving elements, transitions, etc.
