We are currently looking for a Short let/Airbnb administrator who can help us grow and provide excellent customer service to both our guests and clients whose properties we manage.

What you will be doing

The successful candidate will have a fantastic opportunity to be the team’s first hire, with the chance to progress and grow a team around them as the business grows and you grow as a short-let/Airbnb administrator.

This is a full-time position where you will work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. One day off during weekdays and working one day during weekends (rotational). You will be responsible for performing various tasks related to short-let management operations, managing the guest experience, and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have experience in short-term management and strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Looking after all guest communications, including enquiries, FAQs, and complaints
(via messaging platforms such as Uplisting, Airbnb and
• Coordinating with our cleaning teams to ensure every property is cleaned to a high
standard and on-time
• Assisting in scheduling maintenance and turnovers
• Following up and tracking the progress of turnovers, maintenance and inspections to ensure they’re completed on time and to a high standard
• Supporting the three directors with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks
• Handling Airbnb resolution and review processes
• Assisting in marketing our services to increase/convert direct bookings
• Assisting in marketing our services to property investors to grow our management portfolio
• Adjusting pricing and tracking KPI’s and sending daily updates

Who you will be:

• A great communicator in both written and verbal English
• Experience working as a Short-term/Airbnb administrator (ideal, not essential)
• Highly intelligent
• Attentive to detail
• A natural problem solver
• Driven to do every job to a high standard
• Well-mannered, polite, calm & caring!
