We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity within our Channels department for a Short Lets Channels Team Leader. As the Team Lead of a small, dynamic team, you will balance management responsibilities with hands-on operational tasks. Your role will be pivotal in setting standards, building processes, and developing a comprehensive knowledge base for the department. Collaborating closely with other departments such as Operations and Guest Experience, you will ensure that our listings are exceptional and accurate across all reservation platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Organise and lead team projects, distributing tasks and responsibilities effectively
Establish and refine team operation processes
Develop operation guides and provide the necessary training
Create, structure, and maintain Google Sheets and reports for cross-team use
Supervise OTA channel distribution and performance
Monitor individual channel performance
Create listing copies and keep listings up to date
Coordinate calendar management with other departments
Manage Channels Department internal tickets
Skills Required:
Strong people management skills
Excellent analytical abilities
Proficiency in Google Sheets
Basic knowledge of SQL (a plus, but not required)
Process-oriented mindset
Commercial acumen

40,500 pesos as a starting offer
