ABOUT US: Day Drinking Properties, LLC (DDP) – / – offers property management and other real estate services directly through Day Drinking Properties, LLC and through its licensed subsidiaries: Double Jack, LLC, Good Days, LLC; Sunny Side Jack, LLC; Smart Scapes, LLC.

We are seeking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Short-Term Property Rental Customer Service Agent. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in managing listings on platforms such as Airbnb, , VRBO, and Hostfully, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to both property owners and guests.

Responsibilities:

Guest Relations:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns before, during, and after their stay.
• Provide personalized recommendations and assistance to enhance guests’ experience, including dining, entertainment, and local attractions.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a smooth transition and resolving any issues that may arise.

Property Maintenance Coordination:
• Coordinate with cleaning staff or vendors to ensure timely turnover of rental units between guests.
• Conduct thorough inspections of rental properties to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and compliance with rental standards.
• Address maintenance issues promptly and coordinate repairs as needed to minimize guest inconvenience.

Reservation Management:
• Manage reservations and bookings for short-term rental properties, including processing payments, updating availability calendars, and sending confirmations to guests.
• Communicate with guests regarding reservation details, arrival instructions, and any additional services or amenities available during their stay.
• Assist with resolving booking discrepancies or issues related to cancellations, refunds, or modifications.

Guest Communication:
• Maintain open and timely communication with guests via phone, email, and messaging platforms to address questions, concerns, and special requests.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding property amenities, policies, and local regulations to ensure guest compliance and satisfaction.
• Handle guest feedback and reviews professionally, addressing any concerns and proactively seeking opportunities for improvement.

Administrative Tasks:
• Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining guest records, updating reservation databases, and preparing reports on occupancy rates and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and coordinating deliveries to rental properties as needed.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in STR customer service or property management.
Familiarity with Airbnb, , VRBO, and Hostfully platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations.
Proficient in using booking and property management software.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
Previous experience in STR customer service or property management.
