Job Title: Short Term Rental & Airbnb Expert

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Airbnb Expert to join our team and help manage and optimize our Airbnb listings. As an Airbnb Expert, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest experiences, ensuring maximum occupancy and profitability, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. The ideal candidate should be passionate about the hospitality industry and have a deep understanding of Airbnb’s platform and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize Airbnb listings to ensure maximum occupancy and profitability. This will include utilizing external software like PriceLabs and Owner Rez.
Respond to guest inquiries professionally and promptly, providing accurate information about our listings and amenities.
Manage reservations, including check-in and check-out procedures, cleaning and maintenance schedules, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Implement pricing strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue, utilizing data and market trends to make informed pricing decisions.
Continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics, such as booking rates and guest reviews, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and implement new strategies and technologies as needed.
Collaborate with other team members, such as cleaners and maintenance personnel, to ensure a smooth and seamless guest experience.
Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring that their needs are met and any issues are resolved promptly.
Manage & submit Airbnb Resolution requests when guests cause damage to the property or break House Rules.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the vacation rental industry, with a focus on Airbnb.
In-depth knowledge of Airbnb’s platform, policies, and best practices.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software, such as pricing and channel management tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
