Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Airbnb Superhost Virtual Assistant to support our property management operations. As an Airbnb Superhost Virtual Assistant, you will work remotely and provide administrative and customer service support to ensure smooth and efficient management of 60+ properties. You will collaborate closely with our local property hosts, guests, and cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless experience for all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to guest inquiries, bookings, and communications in a timely and professional manner
Monitor and update pricing and availability calendars to optimize occupancy and revenue
Communicate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure that properties are clean, functional, and well-maintained at all times
Conduct virtual check-ins and ensure that guests have a smooth and hassle-free stay
Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively
Navigate Airbnb Claims and the Resolution Center to ensure AirCover payouts
Create/Remove Entry Codes, Monitor & Adjust Temperatures, and monitor Bookings
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, invoicing, and organizing
Provide regular reports to property owners on occupancy rates, revenue, and guest feedback
Create Leases, Invoices, and other documents related to Property Management Operations
Create New Property Listings – Airbnb descriptions, photo captions, and optimize our listing’s SEO
Master our Property Management Software and implement new tools to improve our Operations
Requirements:
At least 2 years experience working for Airbnb as a Case Manager, Supervisor, and Resolution Center Agent
At least 2 years experience working for a Short Term Rental Property Management Company
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple properties simultaneously
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in using different software
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Strong work ethic and “Can do” attitude
Strong English and writing skills
Ability to work full time for our company only
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in property management or real estate
Familiarity with vacation rental software and tools such as OwnerRez, PriceLabs, RankBreeze, Breezeway. Google Drive, Discord and other software
Fluency in multiple languages
