We are in search of a Short-Term Rental/Airbnb Operations and Guest Communication Specialist to enhance our team during evening and overnight hours, Philippines time. In this pivotal role, your main focus will be on managing guest communications for our Airbnb and short-term rental properties. Excellent, near-perfect English communication skills and familiarity with UK property terminology are crucial. Key Responsibilities:
* Guest Communication:
* Provide top-notch assistance and responses to guest inquiries and booking requests in near-perfect English.
* Efficiently handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and any concerns, ensuring an exceptional experience.
* Resolution and Review Management:
* Manage Airbnb resolutions and claims, ensuring quick and effective solutions.
* Respond to guest reviews, maintaining a positive reputation and guest relations.
* Operational Support:
* Keep property listings, availability, and rates updated and accurate.
* Seamlessly coordinate with the daytime team for smooth operational handovers.
Qualifications:
* Exceptional command of English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience in guest communication, especially within the UK market.
* Understanding of UK-specific property terminology.
* Proven track record in customer service or hospitality, particularly in short-term rental platforms like Airbnb.
* Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Comfortable working independently in evening and overnight shifts.
* Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to various digital tools and platforms.
Work Schedule:
* Options for part-time or full-time employment including on weekends.
* Evening and overnight shifts based on the Philippines time zone.
Compensation:
* $300-$700 depending on whether preferring full or part-time role
