Job Title: Virtual Assistant for Real Estate and Short-Term Rental Management

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our growing real estate business specializing in short-term rentals. The ideal candidate will assist with property analysis, marketing, and operational management tasks. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in social media marketing, and excellent organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Analysis: Utilize tools such as AirDNA, bnbCALC, and Rabbu to analyze short-term rental properties. Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets to project holding costs and calculate returns on investment.
Regulatory Research: Investigate community regulations regarding short-term rentals, including permits and licensing requirements, ensuring compliance and awareness of upcoming changes.
Social Media Marketing: Develop and manage social media content to promote properties. Utilize photo and video editing software to create engaging posts and updates.
Operational Support: Manage email communications across multiple accounts, ensuring important emails are prioritized and responded to promptly. Organize emails into folders and maintain an orderly Google Drive.
Procurement Assistance: Research and compile pricing for furnishings and create common buy lists for short-term rental setups.
Skills and Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and capable of building and maintaining complex spreadsheets.
Experience with research tools like AirDNA, bnbCALC, and Rabbu, with a strong ability to interpret and apply data insights.
Proficient in photo and video editing software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing techniques.
Employment Type:

Part-time for an initial period of 15 hours per week for the first two weeks, with the possibility to extend to 40 hours weekly based on performance and mutual agreement.
Compensation:

Starting pay is $4.50 per hour for the first year.
