Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to join our team and play a key role in managing our Airbnb co-hosting business. As a Virtual Assistant, you will assist in various tasks related to property management, guest communication, reservations, and ensuring a top tier guest experience. Your dedication and attention to detail will contribute to the success and growth of our Airbnb listings.
Responsibilities:
1. Guest Communication:
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, reservations, and messages.
Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, and manage guest needs throughout their stay.
Address guest concerns and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner with the resources provided.
2. Reservations and Calendar Management:
Manage reservations, booking requests, and cancellations while following company policies.
3. Listing Optimization:
Assist in creating and updating Airbnb listings and social media with accurate property details, descriptions, and high-quality photos.
4. Property Maintenance:
Coordinate cleaning and maintenance services to ensure properties are in excellent condition for each guest’s arrival.
Forward guest comments to the responsible party
5. Attention to detail

6. Reviews and Ratings:
Encourage guests to leave positive reviews and ratings after their stay.
Respond to guest reviews, demonstrating excellent customer service and addressing any concerns.
7. Administrative Tasks:
Organize and maintain digital records, including guest information, invoices, and property details. Ensure invoices are paid.
Assist with financial tracking, expense reporting, and budget management.
Keep records of supply levels and order additional supplies as necessary
Complaint Resolution – When there are complaints filed by guests, or we need to file a damage claim
Requirements:
Fluency in both written (required) and spoken( English is essential.
Candor: Bold communication of any issues or questions.
Proven experience in property management, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Proficiency in using Airbnb’s platform and other property management tools.
Proficiency in Google Sheets and Docs
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer setup for virtual work.
Availability to work flexible hours
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
