Job Description

We are URGENTLY seeking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Short-Term Rental Channel Manager/Customer Service Agent. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in managing listings on platforms such as Airbnb, , VRBO, and Hostfully, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to both property owners and guests.

Responsibilities:
Listing Management:
Create and optimize property listings on various STR platforms, including Airbnb, , VRBO, and Hostfully.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date property information, pricing, availability, and amenities across all platforms.
Monitor and respond promptly to guest inquiries, reservation requests, and reviews.

Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service to property owners and guests, addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Act as a liaison between property owners and guests to ensure a seamless booking and stay experience.
Handle escalated customer service matters with diplomacy and efficiency.

Reservation Management:
Manage reservations, including booking confirmations, modifications, and cancellations.
Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure properties are prepared for guest arrivals.

Communication:
Maintain clear and open communication with property owners regarding bookings, maintenance, and any issues affecting their properties.
Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices in STR customer service.

Platform Expertise:
Stay informed about updates and changes on Airbnb, , VRBO, and Hostfully platforms.
Implement strategies to optimize property visibility and performance on each platform.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in STR customer service or property management.
Familiarity with Airbnb, , VRBO, and Hostfully platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations.
Proficient in using booking and property management software.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
Previous experience in STR customer service or property management.
