Job Description

Our company ‘Your Stay Solutions Ltd’ is a short stay accommodation business. We are a corporate housing/Airbnb Management company that has 20 properties In Southampton and Exeter UK.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our short-stay accommodation business. This remote role is perfect for someone who combines expert computer skills with experience in the hospitality and property management sector, particularly in managing short-term rentals, and who is proficient in bookkeeping and financial management using Xero.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage bookings, inquiries, and guest communications efficiently using various online platforms.
Handle scheduling of cleaning and maintenance services for multiple properties.
Organise digital files, reservations, and client information with high accuracy.
Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, payment processing, budget tracking, maintaining financial records and bookkeeping using Xero.
Create and update listings on short-stay platforms, ensuring all information is current and attractive.
Marketing and website skills.
Supporting Company directors, with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role, with specific experience managing short-stay or vacation rental properties.
Expertise in navigating multiple operating systems, with advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and property management software such as Airbnb, VRBO, or .
Demonstrated bookkeeping skills and proficiency with Xero.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and calendars efficiently.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
Ability to respond promptly to guest inquiries/emergencies and resolve issues swiftly to ensure guest satisfaction.
Experience working as an Airbnb ambassador an advantage.
Must be able to work on the weekends.
