We are a small holiday rental business in the United Kingdom.
We manage a portfolio of short term rentals in central Windsor and Eton in the UK (6 Rentals). We are looking for an individual to assist us with managing administration and guest communication tasks of our short term rentals.
Work Schedule: The role advertised is part time, working 2-4 hours per day Wednesday – Sunday with hours between 2pm and 6pm (UK time).
Duties include but are not limited to:
1. Answering guest questions via Email, WhatsApp, Phone calls and our channel manager platforms.
2. Organising guests requests to including car parking, check-in instructions and advise on their stay.
3. Updating Listing Details and creating Property Information Documents
4. Researching competition and reviewing against ours.
5. Reviewing footage for violations and submitting respective claims.
6. Scheduling maintenance and liasing with our cleaning teams, supporting them as they go
7. Ordering supplies and reporting back to director
8. Driving repeat business from current guests and encouraging great reviews.
9. Marketing activities to bring guests back again.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
1. Fantastic command of both written and spoken English language.
2. Good prior experience in customer service for hospitality industry, with Airbnb, or VRBO etc.
3. Computer and strong internet connection (this is a must with backups).
4. Previous experience using a channel manager, Knowledge of using would be great.
5. Able to work on own, setting own tasks and be a real go getter to act on their own for the companies best intrests. We are looking for a candidate to own their role. A desire to want all guests to have a great stay.
This is a part time position initially (working UK time from 2pm till 6pm). If interested please provide a brief summary of your skills and experience in this industry.
