The Role
We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Guest Experience team to support our guests via chat, phone, and email.
As a Guest Experience Specialist you are an integral part of our overall operations by communicating with our guests on a daily basis to ensure our guests’ needs are met. No day in the hospitality world is the same and, as such, we would expect you to be able to efficiently multi-task, stay organized, ask questions, and thrive in a rapidly growing & evolving startup environment. It is a very exciting time at West Home, and we are thrilled to be able to hire more team members in our customer service department!
About the Team
We are on a mission to deliver exceptional experiences for our community members. Our Management Team is focused on refining, innovating and streamlining our operational processes to ensure we are always accomplishing this objective.
What You’ll Do:
• Work either 8 or 10-hour ‘virtual office’ shifts
• Communicating with guests via phone, text, email, and web-based platforms
• Answer all guest questions during their stay
• Guide guests through the reservation process
• Become an expert on our operating procedures & properties
• Coordinate with across departments and teams
Requirements
• 2+ years of service industry experience
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Ability to learn new tools and help improve existing processes
• Desire to contribute, ask questions, and ask for help when needed
• Maintain high levels of professionalism while interacting with tenants/guests, our team members, and our vendors
• Speak English fluently
A plus if you…
• Spanish speaking
• Have prior hospitality experience
• Have prior experience working in the short term rental or vacation rental industry
• Have prior experience with Breezeway, Guesty, AirBnB, GSheets, Microsoft Excel, AutoHost
Duration: full-time, part-time; remote, eight or ten-hour workdays

That is why we empower our community base to live on their own terms across our unfurnished and designer level furnished inventory for stay duration lengths spanning a few nights to a year + and any duration length in between.

Hours: Thr-Sun 5pm-2am est
Pay: $ 5-7 an hour depending on experience
