Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep and maintenance of our short-term rental properties in addition to other tasks such as managing reviews across various different advertising platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with a team, coordinating repairs and maintenance tasks, managing reviews and ensuring that our properties are in top-notch condition to provide an exceptional experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
Team Collaboration: Collaborate and strategize with a team of ambitious personnel, ensuring efficiency and accountability in daily tasks.
Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities, including routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance, to meet high-quality standards.
Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to secure cost-effective and timely services for repairs and maintenance needs.
Quality Control: Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and guest expectations.
Inventory Management: Maintain an organized inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment required for maintenance tasks.
Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response procedures to address urgent maintenance issues promptly.
Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and ensure that maintenance expenses are within the allocated budget.
Reporting: Generate regular reports on maintenance activities, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Risk Management: Understand review policies across various platform and identify incongruities with guest following policies.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Knowledge of property maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
Familiarity with short-term rental operations is a plus.
