Job Description: Short-Term Rental Virtual Assistant
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Virtual Assistant (VA) to manage our portfolio of short-term rental properties. As a VA for our vacation rental business, you will play a crucial role in optimizing property listings, handling reservations, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless guest experience. We are looking for someone with proficiency in Hostaway property management and expertise in managing listings across various platforms, including Airbnb, VRBO, HomeAway, Google Vacations, and Expedia. Additionally, knowledge of website management and optimization will be a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:
1. Property Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our short-term rental properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, clean, and ready for guest arrivals.
2. Listing Management: Create, update, and optimize property listings on various platforms, including Airbnb, VRBO, HomeAway, Google Vacations, and Expedia. Utilize your expertise to improve listing quality, keywords, and overall ranking to maximize visibility and bookings.
3. Reservation Handling: Respond to inquiries, manage bookings, and coordinate check-ins and check-outs efficiently. Provide guests with all necessary information and support to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.
4. Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service to guests, promptly addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues that may arise during their stay. Handle guest reviews and feedback professionally and courteously.
5. Website Management: Maintain and update our property rental website to showcase our offerings and attract potential guests. Utilize SEO techniques and other optimization strategies to improve website ranking and drive traffic.
6. Channel Management: Synchronize property availability, rates, and bookings across all platforms to avoid double bookings and ensure accurate availability calendars.
7. Reporting: Provide regular reports on property performance, booking trends, and revenue to support decision-making and business growth.
Requirements:
1. Proficiency in Hostaway property management software and other relevant rental management tools.
2. Proven experience in managing short-term rental properties on platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, HomeAway, Google Vacations, and Expedia.
3. Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to optimize listings and website content for higher rankings.
4. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
5. Detail-oriented and highly organized to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously.
6. Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to property listings and online platforms.
7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with guests, team members, and partners.
8. Proactive and adaptable with a positive attitude, committed to delivering exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations.
