Job Description

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing Airbnb property management company dedicated to providing exceptional experiences for guests while maximizing profits for property owners. This team is committed to excellence in communication, service, and efficiency. We are seeking a highly motivated Virtual Assistant to support our property management operations and assist in delivering outstanding service to both guests and property owners.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, responding promptly to inquiries, booking requests, and concerns to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Utilize Guesty property management tool to manage reservations, bookings, and guest communications efficiently.
Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance staff to schedule cleanings, inspections, and maintenance tasks to maintain property standards.
Create detailed reports on property performance, including occupancy rates, revenue, expenses, and guest feedback, and provide regular updates to property owners.
Manage guest inquiries and emergencies 24/7, providing support and assistance as needed, including during weekends and holidays.
Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring guests have all necessary information and access to the property.
Coordinate with property owners to address any concerns or requests and provide regular updates on property performance and guest feedback.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with guests, property owners, and team members.
Proven ability to generate profit and maximize revenue for Airbnb properties through effective management and guest satisfaction.
Proficiency in using Guesty property management tool for managing reservations, communications, and reporting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations.
Must be available to handle guest inquiries and emergencies 24/7, including weekends and holidays.
Reliable internet connection and home office setup.
