We’re looking for a seasoned customer service specialist to join our growing team and play a vital role in ensuring guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Be the Champion for Guest Experience: Provide exceptional customer service to guests via phone, email, and messaging platforms, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally, and exceeding guest expectations.
Become an OwnerRez and PriceLabs Pro: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of OwnerRez and PriceLabs to manage reservations, bookings, and guest communication seamlessly.
Maintain Optimal Operations: Work collaboratively with the property management team to ensure smooth guest transitions, address maintenance requests, and follow established protocols.
Embrace Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and software updates to optimize guest experience and property management practices.
Go the Extra Mile: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction, contribute to team success, and support the company’s growth.

Qualifications:

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service within the short-term rental industry.
* Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and resolving issues efficiently.
* In-depth knowledge and experience using OwnerRez and PriceLabs software platforms.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in common computer applications
