Job Description:
As a Short-Term Rental Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by connecting with potential clients and partners. You’ll be responsible for fostering relationships, showcasing the unique benefits of our properties, and ultimately securing bookings. Your role will involve:

Responsibilities:

Showcase the features and advantages of our short-term rental properties through persuasive communication and presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to tailor rental solutions accordingly.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales materials, including brochures, digital content, and presentations.
Respond promptly to inquiries and provide accurate information about availability, pricing, and amenities.
Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality, real estate, or travel industry.
