Overview:
Join our team at Holidaze Living, a California-based company specializing in maximizing profits for short-term and monthly rental properties. We’re seeking a dynamic Short Term Rental Virtual Assistant (Airbnb) to join us initially on a part-time basis, with rapid progression to full-time.

Responsibilities:

Guest Management/Customer Service:

Respond to guest inquiries via various channels
Handle claims, invoicing, and guest reviews
Manage lease agreements, electronic signatures, and Airbnb resolutions
Screen guests and manage reservations
Cleaning Management:

Coordinate cleaning schedules and supplies
Oversee cleaner photos and organize turnovers
Facilitate quarterly deep cleanings
Listing Management:

Maintain property listings on Airbnb and VRBO
Optimize listings and create property descriptions
Develop house manuals and manage databases
Vendor Management:

Hire and coordinate contractors
Assist with administrative tasks and special projects

Education and Experience
– A minimum of a College Degree
– minimum 4-5 years of Airbnb Property Management or Airbnb Customer Support experience
– minimum 4-5 years of Virtual Assistant or Work from Home Experience

Wage: Starting pay at $5-6 / hour. Pay goes up depending on performance after 3 months
