We are looking for an All-Star Virtual Assistant who will be responsible for executing the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure we are providing a best-in-class guest experience and our properties are performing to budget. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience within the vacation rental industry and a reservation management background. They will be an experienced and efficient leader with excellent people skills, process-oriented, and a self-starter. Passion for bringing our mission to life, desire to learn and grow, and an entrepreneurial mindset are essential.
Responsibilities
CO-LIVING OPERATIONS:
Lease administration
Build out workflows to connect third party sites with hubspot to automate procedures
Build out hubspot templates and email sequences
Updating
Utility administrative management
Database management
Receipt management.
Coordinating cleaning services, maintenance requests, move out process
SHORT TERM RENTAL OPERATIONS:
Familiarity with short term rental platforms such as Airbnb and
Familiarity with property management software such as and Wheelhouse
Communication with guests
Research amazon, Alibaba, and Wayfair for furniture needs
Creating listings on third party sites
Photo editing skills
Build out scripts to automate responses
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND MARKETING:
Assist sales manager with marketing materials for room ads
Assist with marketing efforts, including social media management, blog posts, and email campaigns
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree
1-2 years of experience in a virtual assistant or similar role, preferably in the short term rental industry
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication in English (must submit language test)
Customer Focused
Strong Attention to Detail
Problem Solver and self starter
Adaptable (Things can change fast and often in a startup environment)
Knowledge of google software

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Internet speed minimum 30mbps

Private and quiet dedicated home office area (no roosters, dogs, children’s noises in the background)
Back-ups in case of power or internet provider interruptions
Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)
COMPENSATION:
Full time
Monday to Friday
Php10,000 – Php 11,200 per week
2 weeks paid vacation
