Job Summary

As a Short-term Rental Virtual Assistant, you will manage various aspects of our short-term rental properties, ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction and smooth operations. Your role will involve handling guest communications, managing bookings, coordinating with cleaning services, and maintaining up-to-date property listings and inventories.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage on-going guest communications including inquiries, bookings, and post-stay reviews.
• Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance services to ensure properties are well-maintained.
• Coordinate with staff to complete stock reviews and order inventory
• Update and optimize property listings on various short-term rental platforms.
• Handle booking confirmations, cancellations, and modifications.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Monitor guest feedback and recommend improvements based on reviews.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest interactions.
• Coordinating with on-the-ground team to complete incident reports related to property damage

Required Skills
• Proven experience in managing short-term rental properties.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with rapid response times.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with short-term rental platforms (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO, ).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving skills.

Wages to be negotiated based on skill level and duration of employment with our company.
