Short Term Rentals – Field Operations & Guest Experience Coordinator

I’m excited to announce that we have a new opening on our Controllers team!

We are looking to parter with an individual who deeply understands the hospitality world, and loves the process of putting the complex puzzle of guest tasks together, each and every day, while striving for the absolute highest quality of work.

Description of Role:

Shift: 5 days per week – Opening Shift (average start time would be around 9 – 10AM EST).

Main focus:
Owns the process of making sure all open guest tasks have a quick and affordable plan of action in place.

Acts as the “quarterback” on the CT team for driving all in house guest tasks to completion.

Collaborates with the team to help make sure all tasks are moving forward with the same urgency. This means assigning tasks to other team members when needed in order to keep things moving quickly when one is already at full bandwidth for current in house tasks being worked on.

Leading and/or participating in stand ups with the team (both CT and GE) to stay on top of how all in house guest tasks are going, and how all departed guest tasks are going, to ensure items are being fixed quickly with the least amount of negative impact on our guests.

Ensuring all Breezeway tasks listed above have thorough documentation and photos to help the team stay on track, while also supporting us with damage claims, and even fighting false bad reviews, etc.

Operates within our OPEX goals and processes.

Other responsibilities:
Helping maintain a list of the best vendors we work with (most responsive + best prices).

Thorough handoffs to team members who cover their off days + OVN hours.

Thorough auditing of guest tasks to see how things went during their off days / hours, to ensure everything is always on track each day.

Working with leads/management on expenses and processes.

Can be anything on the CT team that needs coverage, involving any of the following: Cleanings, supplies, scheduling jobs, working with MM’s, special projects, invoicing, comms in Slack/email, etc.

While this role lives with CT, it is a HUGE collaboration role with both CT and GE combined. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys and understands both worlds.
