We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Short-Term Rentals Pricing, Occupancy, and Optimizations Expert. We’re a fast-growing Real Estate Investing and Airbnb Company located in Los Angeles, California. We are currently managing 65 Airbnb and the goal is to hit 100 by the end of this year. Position Overview:
As our Short-Term Rentals Pricing, Occupancy, and Optimizations Expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and optimizing occupancy rates across our portfolio of rental properties. Leveraging your expertise in pricing strategies, occupancy management, and platform optimizations, you will enhance the performance of our listings on platforms like Airbnb. Proficiency in Pricelabs and a deep understanding of Airbnb rulesets are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
Utilize Pricelabs to develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies tailored to maximize revenue and occupancy.
Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to adjust strategies and stay competitive.
Analyze booking patterns and guest demographics to optimize pricing and occupancy.
Ensure compliance with Airbnb rules and regulations while optimizing listing performance.
Conduct regular reviews of listing performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless guest experiences and property management.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance listing visibility, conversion rates, and overall profitability.

Requirements:
Proven experience in short-term rental pricing, occupancy management, and platform optimizations.
Proficiency in using Pricelabs or similar dynamic pricing tools.
In-depth understanding of Airbnb rulesets and best practices.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
