Job Description

As a Virtual Assistant (VA) for our short-term rental company, you will play a crucial role in supporting various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our rental properties. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of duties aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and optimizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Guest Communication: Manage guest inquiries, bookings, and communication before, during, and after their stay. Provide timely responses to inquiries, address guest concerns, and ensure a positive guest experience.
Reservation Management: Handle reservation systems, including booking platforms and calendars. Update availability, manage bookings, and coordinate check-in/check-out procedures.
Property Maintenance Coordination: Liaise with cleaning staff and maintenance professionals to ensure properties are clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped for guest arrivals.
Marketing Support: Assist with marketing efforts such as creating property listings, updating website content, and managing social media platforms to attract potential guests and enhance brand visibility.
Financial Administration: Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, processing payments, managing budgets, and maintaining financial records related to rental properties, claims and dispute resolution handling.
Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and requests. Handle any issues that arise during guests’ stays professionally and efficiently.
Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks including email management, scheduling, data entry, and document preparation to support the operations of the rental company.

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Proficiency in using communication tools, reservation systems, and basic office software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
