The Simplero Digital Marketing Specialist is a key support position for the company, Autism Transformed. Autism Transformed’s CEO Luminara Serdar is an autism recovery expert, helping parents discover and address the root causes of their child’s challenging autism behaviors so that a child can be calm, happy, develop to peer level and gain independence. And so parents can feel competent, empowered and happy.

You will be responsible for managing our CRM, Simplero. Chances are you have experience with SEVERAL CRMs (also InfusionSoft/ Keap, Active Campaign, Kajabi, etc.) but mostly Simplero, and are excited to be the KING or QUEEN of managing the Company’s CRM.

This is a FULL TIME 40 hours/ week position.

This is a long term career opportunity, with 13th month and benefits after 90 days of successful performance. In exchange we require an exclusive commitment, no outside project, clients, freelancing or P/T jobs.

Must be willing to work US hours. You have at least 2 years experience working US hours.

Compensation:

PHP50,000 – 60,000 per month for F/T hours (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

Simplero database management, email sequence, provide technical support and troubleshooting (or experience with Infusion Soft/Keap, Active Campaign, Kajabi)
Database management, email sequences and provide technical support
Managing email marketing tasks: setting up, tracking and updating our CRM
Making sure Naming Protocol is being followed
Providing tech support, troubleshooting and fixing tech glitches
Submitting Support tickets, troubleshooting and resolving issues
Creating/ editing membership courses
Tech Wellness Checklist with account (Monthly)
Assisting with Launches & Content Marketing Team as needed
Updating & Scheduling email sequences
Calendar management & updates in Gcal and web portal
Fix Technology and backend glitches and issues

The ideal candidate will:
MUST know CRMs inside & out – at least 2 years experience with Simplero (or Infusion Soft/Keap, Active Campaign, Kajabi)
You LOVE tech and know too many tech platforms to list!
MUST be proficient in Gdrive and G Suite and WordPress.
You’re a self-starter who thrives in a team environment and is wired to “mark things off the list” and get projects completed ahead of deadlines.
Have experience with WordPress & HTML experience is a huge PLUS
You like routine and knowing what to expect each week, reliable and dependable to get consistent tasks done each week plus manage tasks associated with various projects at the same time.
Meticulous and detail-oriented.
Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 45 wpm)
Understand programming automation logic (if / then)
Pride yourself in getting tasks done accurately and efficiently the FIRST time
You are tech-savvy, figure out new digital programs & tools without hand-holding
You excel at creating workflow efficiencies, using tech & automation to save time

Experience with technology & tools:
Too many to list! You LOVE technology and have a big list of platforms
At least 2 years experience with all kinds of CRMS – ideally Simplero, Active Campaign, InfusionSoft/ Keap, Kajabi, etc.)
Experienced with Project Management: ClickUp
Time Doctor (or other time tracking systems)
Gdrive
