SimPro Expert/Project Coordinator

The successful applicant will be joining a friendly family business that knows the value of its people – providing high-quality service to its clients. You will be a valuable member of the Product Team, reporting directly to the Product Manager. This role will be responsible to review and correlate specifications, drawings, and other documents to outline the scope of work for the project. This will also include the building of the quotation/proposal outlining our submission in the form of a return brief document.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Defining the project scope and all works involved.
• Define/outline the system types required.
• High level interpretation of drawings and specifications.
• Raise RFI’s “Request For Information” directly with client.
• Take-off’s – creating detailed bill of materials.
• Estimation of project hours.
• Outline clarifications and exclusions.
• Outline dependencies and expectations of other trades.
• Maintain project compliance including documentation control.
• High level of planning and time management capabilities
• Compliant solution matrix.
• Compliance with all legislation, policies, and procedures.
• Meet task due dates to ensure deadlines are met.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on new tasks.
• Follow work health and safety policies and procedures.
• Assist colleagues with other tasks where team efforts are required.
• Good attention to detail
• Competent in Excel.
• Competent in PDF editing software.
• Works great in a team or as an individual.
• Be involved in team meetings and catch-ups.
• Have a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict timelines.

Additional requirements – highly regarded:
• Relevant trade estimation experience.
• High level of communication both written and verbal – English.
• Well versed in SimPro Suite

Schedule: Full-time, AU hours
Salary: Php40,000-80,000 per month, depending on experience.
