Our organization is looking for skilled Customer Response representative to become a part of our team

This Job Will include:
-Building relationships with clients to understand what products/ services they are looking for
-Communicating with the rest of the team about important information about certain clients

This is a full time position: There are 3 shifts we are hiring for in EST (Colombia)
7pm-3AM, 3AM-11AM, 11 AM-7 PM

There is a great chance for upward mobility in this company and you be rewarded with more compensation when you have a leadership position. That is all based off of how good you perform this role and what value you bring. If you’re happy with just this position that is fine as well. But our business will be expanding rapidly in this upcoming 12 months so there will be lot’s of room for growth for top performers.

You will need access to:

Must Haves: Do not responding if you do not meet these criteria:
Typing English is required Attention to Detail
Strong Communication skills Organization skills Patience
Willingness to learn and grow Ability to follow directions and ask for help when you are unsure Ability to work 8 hour shifts and respond within 3 minutes
Good listener Able to convey emotion through Text

Training will be provided and a paid probation period of 30 days will be in effect
