If you are a driven individual with experience in real estate, with excellent communication skills, great people skills, great salesperson with attention to detail, who is motivated and dedicated, follows direction, accustomed to working with wholesalers and you are awesome on the phone, we want to talk with you! This is a tremendous opportunity for the right individual. We buy and sell houses in select markets around the country, and we are growing. Includes a 20 hr. parttime ‘starting base pay’ of $4 USD per hour with unlimited bonuses. Position also pays a bonus of $200 USD for each and every one of your cold call deals closing. If you prove yourself after 30-day trial, we will increase your hours to eventually fulltime if desired. No bonus limits, the more successful you are, the more money you will earn!
Must have minimum 2 years of cold calling experience, mojo dialer/ring central experience and the desire to succeed. Position involves cold calling leads, following up on interest, leaving voicemails, thorough follow through on lead workbooks, and establish appointments with interested leads for us to call. Must be a reliable individual who will show up for work!
Experience with phone dialers is a plus, mojo dialer, ring central, wholesaling experience is a plus, looking for a self-starter, determined individual. Make top pay with our company and find a place to call home.
