Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Real Estate Virtual Assistant with expertise in mobile home park management and proficiency in Rent Manager software. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our property management operations, ensuring efficient and smooth management of our mobile home park portfolio. In addition to mobile home park management, the candidate should also possess strong administrative skills, experience in building systems, and proficiency in cold-calling to assist with various tasks and projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day operations of mobile home parks, including rent collection, resident communication, maintenance coordination, and listing management.
2. Utilize Rent Manager software to maintain accurate records, set up work orders, generate reports, etc.
3. Develop and implement efficient systems and processes to streamline property management operations.
4. Provide administrative support to the property management team, including scheduling showings/appointments, managing correspondence, and sourcing mobile homes.
5. Conduct cold-calling to potential residents, mobile home vendors as needed.
6. Assist with special projects and initiatives to improve property performance and tenant satisfaction.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in mobile home park management, with a strong understanding of industry best practices and regulations.
2. Proficiency in Rent Manager software is required.
3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Strong administrative skills, including email management, calendar management, document filing, report preparations, etc.
5. Experience in building systems and familiarity with property maintenance processes is preferred.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, vendors, and team members.
7. Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently in a virtual environment.
8. Previous experience in cold-calling or sales is an advantage.
